About The Herrin Civic Center

The Herrin Civic Center has the capabilities to satisfy your every need for banquets and receptions:

* Full Bar Service
* Dance Floor
* Piano
* Sound system in all rooms, podium with a microphone & cordless microphone
* Full commercial kitchen complete with gas range, refrigerators, freezers, large capacity ice machine, steam tables, dishwasher, and work tables
* 8 & 6 foot long banquet tables, 5 foot diameter round tables & comfortable chairs
* Customers may select their own caterers
* Ample parking is available on West side of Building
* Employees on site to set up your table and chair needs

Single Rentals:

Meeting Rooms (40 oc, Herrin, Harrison, Walker or Stotlar) $50
Gallery (80 oc) $100
Kitchen (ice, fridge, dishwasher) $75
Kitchen (full use) $150

Package Rentals:

Orange: Lobby, Kitchen, Gallery $275
Pink: Lobby, Kitchen, Gallery Stotlar, Herrin $400
Blue: Lobby, Kitchen, Galery, Walker, Stotlar, Herrin, Harrison $495

Auditorium & Lobby $325
Auditorium $ Lobby with Equip. $450 (Exception: 2 performances same day, 1st-$400, 2nd-$200)

Rehearsals $50 a day

Deposit is half of total contract due 14 days from booking. The remainder is due week of event. A refund will be issued if cancellation is made 30 days prior to event.
